FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions
-
How do I RSVP?
There is an RSVP button on the homepage of the website, and an RSVP page if you tap on the three lines on the top right. Please fill out all details. If the page is not working, email Karli:
(Three n’s).
-
Where can I park?
Please refer to the parking map and information on our homepage (scroll down). As we need to reserve priority access for vendors, grandparents, and the bride and groom, we kindly ask all guests to follow our parking and transport recommendations. This will help keep the day running smoothly and avoid congestion on the property.
-
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited capacity, we’re unable to extend additional plus ones. Only guests who have been offered a plus one on their invitation may bring someone with them, mainly due to catering and vendor requirements for exact numbers. Thank you for your understanding!
-
Can I bring my children?
We truly love your little ones, however we’d prefer to keep our wedding an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and celebrate with us. We hope you can enjoy the day as a special day out. See across for a rough timeline so you can plan support and care accordingly. If you have any questions, please let us know!
-
What is the rough timeline for the day?
1:00PM Guest arrival
1:30PM Ceremony
3:00PM Food served
Rest of the night will be food, drinks, music and more!
-
Will this be an indoor or outdoor event?
Weather permitting, the wedding will primarily be outdoors, including the actual ceremony. We may open up sections of the home depending on the weather, however this will be decided at a later date. As previously mentioned, this is a family home/property, so we ask for your mindfulness around accessing areas of the property.
-
Where should I sit during the ceremony?
As this is an outdoor garden party wedding, the layout of the seating will be informal. There will be tables, benches and chairs scattered around the ceremony area that you may choose to sit on or stand around if you wish. There will also be a small seating area for family members near the aisle, which we kindly ask you to avoid. The rest of the space is up for grabs!
-
What if I have a dietary requirement?
On the RSVP page there is a section for dietary requirements. Please write your request and we’ll be happy to accomodate you! If you are unable to enter the requirements via the website, please email Karli:
(Three n’s).
-
Can I take photos & videos during the ceremony?
We would appreciate having an unplugged ceremony, including having your phone turned off or silent. After we finish the formalities, we welcome you to capture the day however you wish!
